How does SQT Bio-Microneedling work?

Unlike traditional microneedling treatments that use a mechanical device and needles, SQT Bio-Microneedling uses microscopic spongilla spicules derived from freshwater sponges.

The spicules are worked into the skin during treatment, creating controlled micro-channels and supporting the skin’s natural renewal process.

This also assists the penetration of active ingredients used as part of the treatment.

  • Uneven skin texture

  • Pigmentation

  • Dull-looking skin

  • Melasma

  • Visible lines and wrinkles

  • Visible signs of skin damage

Treatment suitability varies between individuals and is assessed during consultation.

What to expect

Your appointment takes approximately 45 minutes.

Before treatment, your skin and individual needs will be assessed. The spicules and treatment products are then applied according to the treatment protocol.

As with any skin treatment, individual experiences, recovery and outcomes can vary.

Is SQT Bio-Microneedling suitable for me?
